SCHEDULE
LiveWell is a health management program supported by the Mansfield Mission Center and the Arlington-Mansfield YMCA. This program is for uninsured or underinsured patients who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or high blood pressure.
Live Well’s goal is to encourage improved health through nutrition education and lifestyle modification.
Participants receive provisions to test their blood sugar or blood pressure at home on a regular basis
- Free A1c testing at the clinic
- Participants have access to healthy food and recipes
- Participants receive support from medical professionals
- Participants receive nutrition and exercise education, including a membership in the YMCA
Classes meet every-other week and last approximately 1.5 hours. Below are the start dates:
March 24 | 5:00pm
April 7 | 5:00pm
April 21 | 5:00pm
May 5 | 5:00pm
Join us for our Chaplain, Advisor, and Coach Workshop on Friday, April 25 from 9am-2pm at 78 Regency Parkway in Mansfield, TX.
Community members, pastors, counselors, and others are invited to learn the art of listening, providing guidance, and praying for our neighbors in times of hardship and crisis. We’re excited to spend time with and learn from Texas Health Mansfield Chaplain and Director of Mission and Ministries, Desmond Haye.
Lunch and training materials are included in your ticket cost. So, invite others you know in our community as well!

The 10th Annual shotgun style charity tournament sponsored by Texas Health Hospital will be held at Tierra Verde Golf Course. Play on beautiful Champions bermudagrass greens, bunkers, sodding and other course upgrades at Tierra Verde. You can also sponsor the event and showcase your business and support your community while you enjoy a day of golf with friends!
Every ticket purchased and sponsorship made helps MMC provide care and resources to families in need who live in the greater Mansfield area. Proceeds from this event support free medical care, nutritious food and financial assistance & coaching for families. When we change one family’s life – we impact the entire community.
The morning will start with a light breakfast then you will head to the course for an action packed round including:
Longest Drive competition – Closest to the Pin competition – Putting Contest. – Interactive booths on the course & more.
Lunch & awards following play! Invite your friends, colleagues and family to join you and sign your team up to support a great cause.
