LiveWell is a health management program supported by the Mansfield Mission Center and the Arlington-Mansfield YMCA. This program is for uninsured or underinsured patients who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or high blood pressure.  

Live Well’s goal is to encourage improved health through nutrition education and lifestyle modification.
